I will guide you through every stage, from choosing the perfect resort to coordinating your guests, so you can enjoy the experience with confidence.
STEP 01. COMPLIMENTARY DISCOVERY CONSULTATION
Every destination wedding begins with a conversation. We'll discuss your vision, preferred destinations, guest numbers, travel dates, budget and the style of celebration you're dreaming of, so I can understand exactly what you're looking for.
STEP 02. FINDING THE PERFECT RESORT
Using my industry knowledge and trusted supplier relationships, I'll research and recommend a carefully selected shortlist of resorts that suit your wedding style, budget, guest numbers and travel requirements.
STEP 03. SECURE YOUR WEDDING DATE
Once you've chosen your resort, I'll secure your wedding date (subject to availability), coordinate flights and accommodation, arrange group bookings where required, and provide your guests with a dedicated point of contact for all their travel arrangements.
STEP 04. WEDDING PLANNING BEGINS
Working directly with your resort's wedding coordinator, I'll help arrange every detail of your celebration, from your ceremony and reception through to photography, flowers, entertainment and those special finishing touches.
STEP 05. LOOKING AFTER YOUR GUESTS
Your guests can book directly through me, making travel planning easy for everyone. I can coordinate flights, accommodation, transfers, travel insurance and pre or post-holiday arrangements, giving everyone one trusted point of contact.
STEP 06. PERSONALISED TRAVEL PLANNING
Take your celebration beyond the wedding day with honeymoon extensions, island hopping, luxury cruises, private island stays, romantic experiences and unforgettable activities for you and your guests.
STEP 07. FINAL PREPARATIONS
In the weeks leading up to your departure, I'll confirm all travel arrangements, final payments, accommodation, transfers and your itinerary, ensuring you feel organised and ready to travel.
STEP 08. TIME TO CELEBRATE
Once you arrive, your resort's wedding team will take care of the on-the-ground arrangements while I remain available should you need any assistance before or during your celebration.
STEP 09. WELCOME HOME
My support doesn't end when your wedding is over. I'll check everything went smoothly and will be here to help plan your honeymoon, anniversary getaway or your next luxury escape whenever you're ready.
